UPDATE: Variable cloud cover. Possible fog and local fog in the evening. Moderate rain during the night. Overcast skies with mists and some scattered rain, especially in the east; widespread rains from the afternoon, especially in the evening when they will become more significant.

Tomorrow

Overcast skies with moderate rainfall in the west to heavy rainfall in the east, especially in the Julian Prealps. Moderate to strong Libeccio wind on the coast where storm surges and/or high water will be possible. In the evening the snow level will suddenly drop to around 1000 m in the Alps and around 1500 m in the Pre-Alps.

After tomorrow

Clear or slightly cloudy skies with moderate Bora on the plains, sustained on the coast, especially in Trieste. Temperatures dropping. In the early morning, there is a possibility of ice or snow on the ground, up to the valley floor, in the Julian Alps.
